摘要
以八角(Illicium verum)幼苗为试验材料,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,研究温度、光照和土壤相对含水量对幼苗叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸含量的影响,为八角的引种驯化和栽培管理提供科学依据。结果表明,影响生理指标的环境因子为温度(θ)>温度与光照度的交互作用(θ×E)>光照度(E)>土壤相对含水量(W)。叶绿素最高含量组合为θ_(3)E_(2)W_(2),可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸的最低含量组合分别为θ_(3)E_(3)W_(2)、θ_(3)E_(1)W_(2)、θ_(3)E_(3)W_(2)和θ_(3)E_(3)W_(3),可得八角抗逆性最佳组合为θ_(3)E_(2)W_(2)。在8℃、1600 lx、50%~55%的土壤相对含水量下,八角幼苗生理功能及抗逆能力较强,更有利于八角幼苗抵抗低温的危害。
Illicium verum young seedlings were used as materials.Effects of temperature,light and soil relative water content on chlorophyll,contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA)and free proline of young seedlings were analyzed by orthogonal experimental method.Results showed that environmental factors affected physiological indexes of young seedlings were temperature>interaction between temperature and illuminance>illuminance>soil relative water content.The combination with the highest content of chlorophyll wasθ_(3)E_(2)W_(2),and combinations with the lowest contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,MDA and free proline wereθ_(3)E_(3)W_(2),θ_(3)E_(1)W_(2),θ_(3)E_(3)W_(2)andθ_(3)E_(3)W_(3),respectively.The best combination for stress resistance of Ⅰ.verum young seedlings wasθ_(3)E_(2)W_(2).Under conditions of 8℃,1600 lx,and 50%-55%soil relative water content,physiological functions and stress resistance of Ⅰ.verum young seedlings were stronger,and I.verum young seedlings were more conducive to alleviate harm of low temperature.
