摘要
作为全国唯一将涉台政策创新与落实作为中心工作的区域,福建自贸试验区积极贯彻中央对台政策方针,推出了一批具有福建特色、全国首创的涉台政策举措,在台湾地区产生了较好的宣传效应和品牌效应,也在全国自贸试验区中发挥了突出的引领作用。2015年以来,福建自贸试验区从促进对台贸易便利化、扩大对台开放、优化就业创业环境、提供“一门式”服务等多个层面,逐步构建起具有全国示范意义的涉台政策体系。面对当前复杂严峻的两岸关系形势,福建自贸试验区应积极应对挑战,持续完善闽台融合发展制度体系,推动闽台合作向高端要素领域拓展,努力争取国家政策支持,向台胞台企释放更多改革红利,为推动建设两岸命运共同体提供福建经验。
As the only region in China that takes the innovation and implementation of Taiwan related policies as the central work,Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone has actively implemented the central government's Taiwan related policies and guidelines,and launched a number of Taiwan related policies and measures with Fujian characteristics,which have produced good publicity effect and brand effect in Taiwan,and also played a prominent leading role in the national pilot free trade zone.Since 2015,Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone has gradually built a Taiwan related policy system with national demonstration significance from promoting trade facilitation with Taiwan,expanding opening to Taiwan,optimizing employment and entrepreneurship environment,and providing“one door”services.In the face of the current complex and severe situation of cross-strait relations,Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone should actively respond to the challenges,continuously improve the system of integrated development between Fujian and Taiwan,promote the expansion of Fujian Taiwan cooperation to high-end elements,strive for national policy support,release more reform profits to Taiwan compatriots and enterprises,and provide Fujian experience for promoting the construction of cross-strait community of common destiny.
