摘要
以工业级苯氧乙醇粗品为原料,通过减压精馏和大孔吸附剂吸附两步纯化工艺得到主含量纯度高(≥99.9%,GC),苯酚含量低(≤5 mg·kg^(-1),LC)的化妆品用原料苯氧乙醇,两步收率90%,该制备工艺路线简单,生产成本低,适合工业化生产。
Using crude phenoxyethanol as the raw material,through a two-step purification process including vacuum rectification and macroporous adsorbent adsorption,the phenoxyethanol for cosmetics a purity of 99.9%and limited phenol of 5 mg·kg^(-1) was obtained.This preparation process has many advantages including simple operation,low in cost,and suitable for industrial production.
