摘要
陕西省地跨秦巴山区、六盘山区和吕梁山区三个集中连片特困地区,脱贫攻坚任务重、难度大。自脱贫攻坚战打响以来,金融以其独特的优势为陕西省打赢打好脱贫攻坚战提供了强有力的金融支撑。本文结合陕西省实践经验,从设计乡村振兴专项信贷产品、发挥货币政策工具作用、构建金融政策体系、完善金融服务保障等方面,对下一步做好乡村振兴金融服务提出意见建议。
Shaanxi Province is one of the main battlefields for poverty alleviation, which straddles three contiguous poor areas:Qinba mountain area, Liupan Mountain Area and Luliang Mountain area. Since the fight against poverty started, finance has provided strong financial support for Shaanxi Province to win the fight against poverty with its unique advantages. Based on the practical experience of Shaanxi Province, this paper reviews the financial poverty alleviation work around the use of monetary policy tools, the sustainability of financial investment, product innovation, and the construction of supporting system of financial support for agriculture.Then, from the design of special credit products for rural revitalization, Integration and optimization of monetary policy tools, the construction of financial policy system, the improvement of financial service guarantee and other aspects, we put forward suggestions on how to do a good job in Rural Revitalization financial services.
