摘要
目的掌握重庆市麻风病流行地区居民麻风防治核心知识知晓情况。为开展麻风病健康教育与促进工作提供依据。方法对重庆市15个麻风流行地区的城乡居民共3 885人进行调查。每位被调查者答对≥5题者判定为知晓。结果重庆市麻风流行地区公众麻风核心知识知晓率为55.26%,单一核心知识知晓率中位数为63.27%;公众对于麻风病的病因(70.12%)、早期症状(71.79%)、治疗科室(72.00%)及预防(75.44%)知晓程度相对较高,而对于麻风病是否能治好的知晓程度较低(23.66%);宣传活动与宣传资料为居民获得麻风防控知识的主要途径;高年龄、高学历、学生等人群知晓率较高(P<0.05)。结论社会大众对麻风病防治核心信息知晓率较低,应在现有基础之上充分利用网络等媒体工具开展多种形式的健康教育活动,提高社会公众麻风病防治核心信息知晓率。
Objective To acknowledge the awareness of core knowledge about Leprosy among residents in endemic areas of Chongqing, and to provide basis for future health education and promotion of Leprosy. Methods A total of 3 885 urban residents and rural residents in 15 prevalent districts in Chongqing were investigated. Respondents who correctly answered ≥5 questions were considered to be aware. Results The awareness rate of Leprosy core knowledge was 55.26%, and the median of single core knowledge was 63.27%. Public awareness of the causes(70.12%), early symptoms(71.79%), treatments(72.00%)and preventions(75.44%) of Leprosy were relatively high, while the awareness of whether Leprosy could be cured was relatively low(23.66%). Publicity activities and publicity materials were the main ways for the residents to obtain the knowledge of Leprosy prevention and control. And the awareness rate of people with higher age, higher education level and students was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The public awareness rate of the core information of leprosy is relatively low. So it is necessary to make full use of the Internet and other media tools to carry out various forms of health education activities on the basis of the current situation, in order to improve the awareness rate of the core information of leprosy among the public.
