摘要
针对显微镜测厚仪和超声波涂层测厚仪在检测水运工程混凝土涂层厚度时都无法达到相关标准精度要求的问题,通过调研国内外相关规范对超声波涂层测厚仪精度的要求,选定±2μm与±5%两种精度要求,对实际厚度为53、129、252、492、2 349μm的标准片进行厚度测量,并分析测量偏差值与精度要求间的关系。结果表明,±5%的精度要求更适用于水运工程混凝土涂层的厚度检测。
For the problem that the detection accuracy of the concrete coating thickness in port and waterway engineering by the microscope and ultrasonic dry-film thickness gages cannot meet the accuracy requirements of relevant standards,we investigate the accuracy requirements of ultrasonic coating thickness gauge in relevant specifications at home and abroad,select two accuracy requirements of ±2 μm and ±5%,measure the thickness of standard samples with the actual thickness of 53 μm,129 μm,252 μm,492 μm and 2 349 μm,and analyze the relationship between measurement deviation and accuracy requirements. The results show that the accuracy of ± 5% is more suitable for the thickness detection of concrete coating in port and waterway engineering.
