摘要
为了提高对施工资料和工程数据的管理效率,保证施工质量,基于Web和BIM技术搭建协同应用平台,实现信息化与可视化施工管理。通过在珠海铁建大厦工程项目中的应用,结果表明所提出的BIM协同应用平台有效提高了施工资料和工程数据的分类集成管理,大幅改善了施工效率。该应用平台可在建筑施工,尤其是装配式建筑施工中得到较好应用,从而实现规范化、信息化、系统化的施工管理模式。
In order to improve the management efficiency of construction data and engineering data and ensure the construction quality,a collaborative application platform based on Web and BIM technology was established to realize the informatization and visualization of construction management.The proposed BIM collaborative application platform has been applied in the project of Zhuhai Railway Construction Building.The results show that the collaborative application platform can effectively optimize the classification and integrated management of construction data and engineering data,and greatly improve the construction efficiency.This collaborative application platform is applicable to the construction of buildings,especially in the construction of prefabricated buildings,so as to achieve a standardized,informationized and systematic construction management mode.
