摘要
角膜主要由胶原纤维构成,具有弹性和韧性,其生物力学特性对维持角膜正常功能具有重要作用,且与眼部疾病发生密切相关。硬度是角膜最重要的生物力学指标之一,圆锥角膜、青光眼、Fuchs角膜营养不良等疾病均与角膜硬度异常相关。随着角膜硬度的相关研究增多,其在疾病发展及诊疗中的重要作用得到广泛关注。本文着眼于角膜硬度这一常用生物力学参数,对其测量方式、影响因素、临床应用进行综述。
The cornea is mainly composed of collagen fiber,and its biomechanical properties,including elasticity and stiffness,play an important role in maintaining the normal function of cornea and affecting the development of ocular diseases.Stiffness is one of the most important corneal biomechanical properties,and the abnormal corneal stiffness has been reported to be related with keratoconus,glaucoma,Fuchs corneal dystrophy and other diseases.With the increasing amount of researches on corneal stiffness,its important role in the development and management of kinds of diseases has been reported.This review focuses on the important role of corneal stiffness and summarizes its measuring methods,factors and clinical application.
