摘要
改革开放以来,国内各种产业发展迅速。随着人口的增长,建筑业已成为中国发展的重要支柱,住房是支持中国庞大人口的重要设施。当前阶段的建筑质量和安全与人民的生活息息相关,地基基础建设又是我国建设过程中最重要的环节,因此,结合某别墅区项目,对结构鉴定与地基检测鉴定进行研究。
Since the reform and opening up,various domestic industries have developed rapidly.With population growth,the construction industry has become an important pillar of China’s development.Housing is an important facility to support China’s huge population.The construction quality and safety at the current stage are closely related to people’s lives.Foundation construction is the most important link in China’s construction process.Therefore,in conjunction with a villa area project,the structure appraisal and foundation inspection and identification are studied.
