摘要
采用传统方法制备的聚氨酯石墨烯复合材料存在腐蚀速度较快、防腐效率较低的问题,提出织构化聚氨酯改性石墨烯复合防腐材料制备方法。在化学改性的基础上,获得功能化石墨烯,制备织构化聚氨酯改性石墨烯复合防腐材料,并通过塔菲尔极化曲线和交流阻抗谱图,对织构化聚氨酯改性石墨烯复合防腐材料的防腐性能进行分析和测试。实验结果表明,通过所提方法制备的织构化聚氨酯改性石墨烯复合防腐材料的腐蚀速率低、防腐效率高。
The polyurethane graphene composite prepared by the traditional method has the problems of fast corrosion rate and low anticorrosion e fficiency.The preparation method of textured polyurethane modified graphene composite anticorrosion material is proposed.On the basis of chemical modification,functional graphene was obtained and textured polyurethane modified graphene composite anticorrosive material was prepared.The anticorrosive performance of textured polyurethane modified graphene composite anticorrosive material was analyzed and tested by Tafel polarization curve and AC impedance spectrum.The experimental results show that the corrosion rate of the textured polyurethane modified graphene composite is low and the corrosion e fficiency is high.
