冷补沥青混合料的制备工艺研究及性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 在对SMA与LB两种级配进行比选分析的基础上,研究了击实次数、冷补液拌制工艺和柴油挥发量等参数对冷补沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度等性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:LB与SMA的马歇尔稳定度接近,空隙率为13.42%,有利于柴油挥发及后期强度的发展;提高初始击实次数有利于提升混合料的马歇尔稳定度和水稳定性能;混合料采用添加剂与稀释剂预混再与沥青混合的工艺具有更优的性能,其马歇尔稳定度为6.86 kN,浸水残留稳定度为84.1%;当养护条件为25℃时,柴油挥发量小,试件强度未形成,当养护条件为110℃时,混合料的马歇尔稳定度与浸水残留稳定度显著提升,分别为5.89 kN与80.6%,说明柴油挥发量对于混合料强度形成影响较大;最优工艺条件下,混合料马歇尔稳定度为8.04 kN,浸水残留稳定度为86.8%,破损率为5.3%。 Based on the analysis of two kinds of gradation SMA and LB,the influences of parameters such as compaction times,cold patch liquid mixing process,and diesel volatilization on the Marshall stability of cold patch asphalt mixture were studied.The research shows that the Marshall stability of LB is close to that of SMA.The void ratio of LB is 13.42%,which is conducive to the volatilization of diesel and the following development of strength.Increasing the initial compaction times is conducive to improving the performance and water stability of the cold-compensated asphalt mixture.The mixture presents a better performance as it is pre-mixed with additives and diluents and then mixed with asphalt,and its Marshall stability is 6.86 kN,and the residual stability of immersion in water is 84.1%.The volatile amount of diesel fuel is small and the strength of testing piece is not formed when the curing condition is 25℃.While the curing condition is 110℃,the Marshall stability of the mixture and the residual stability of the immersion significantly increase by 5.89 kN and 80.6%respectively,indicating that the volatility of diesel fuel has a greater impact on the strength of the mixture.The Marshall stability of the mixture is 8.04 kN under the optimal technological conditions,the residual stability of immersion in water is 86.8%,and the breakage rate is 5.3%.
