Economic study on the POX hydrogen production based on Shell heavy oil gasification

摘要 基于某炼油厂以脱油沥青为原料的IGCC(整体煤气化联合循环发电系统)工艺技术,对重油气化制氢进行了深入研究。结果表明:采用Shell重油气化工艺,当脱油沥青价格为1 275元/t时,氢气成本为9 683.70元/t;当乙烯焦油价格为1 145元/t时,氢气成本为9 032.50元/t;当催化裂化油浆价格为760元/t时,氢气成本为7 116.83元/t;当渣油加氢未转化油价格为700元/t时,氢气成本为7 103.05元/t。POX(部分氧化法制氢)不仅能够解决炼油厂面临的高硫减压渣油、高灰分催化裂化油浆、高灰分渣油加氢未转化油出路问题,更可以借此获得廉价氢源,具有极佳的经济效益,是未来重油加工的一个发展方向,对炼油厂炼油结构调整和新建项目方案规划具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。 Based on the IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle power generation system) technology of a refinery using deoiled asphalt as feedstock, the hydrogen production from heavy oil gasification is studied. The results show that the cost of hydrogen is 9 683.70 yuan/t at 1 275 yuan/t of deoiled asphalt price;the cost of hydrogen is 9 032.50 yuan/t at 1 145 yuan/t of ethylene cracking tar price;the cost of hydrogen is 7 116.83 yuan/t at 760 yuan/t of FCC slurry price;the cost of hydrogen is 7 103.05 yuan/t at 700 yuan/t of residue hydrocracking unconverted oil price. The application of POX hydrogen production can not only solve the outlet problems of high-sulfur vacuum residuum, high-ash FCC slurry and high-ash residue hydrocracking unconverted oil that the refinery is faced with, but also obtain cheap hydrogen source with excellent economic benefits, which is a development direction of heavy oil processing in the future, has certain guidance and reference significance for refinery structural adjustment and new project planning.
