摘要
在“十四五”期间,居民面临的健康风险因素愈发增多,各层次的健康需求将会不断增加,疾病谱发生变化,新发传染病频发、多发,对现代医疗救治体系与重点临床科室提出了新的更高要求。作者围绕医疗救治体系构建和相关临床医学学科建设两大重点内容,就健全完善“十四五”期间国家公共卫生安全管理与医疗救治体系建设重点领域与相关路径进行了探索与思考。
During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,there will be more and more health risk factors faced by Chinese residents,the health needs at all levels will continue to increase,the disease spectrum will change,and the occurrence of new infectious diseases will be frequent,which puts forward new and higher requirements for modern medical treatment system and key clinical departments.Focusing on the construction of the medical treatment system and the construction of related clinical medicine disciplines,this paper explores and thinks about the key areas and related paths of the construction of the national public health safety management and medical treatment system during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
