摘要
大秦线重载铁路在铁路运输中扮演着极其重要的角色。大秦线车站咽喉区段多为25 H z轨道电路,由于岔后绝缘节多为曲股设置,重载列车在过弯道时长期侧磨碾压,经常造成绝缘失效,导致轨道电路红光带问题,直接影响大秦线的运输效率。结合大秦线站内25 H z轨道电路绝缘节设置特点,探讨分析大秦线弯道侧磨区段红光带故障原因及防护措施,减少大秦线绝缘节短路故障,提升大秦线的运输效率。
Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway,a heavy-haul railway,plays an extremely important role in transportation.Most of the throat sections of the stations of this railway are equipped with 25 Hz track circuits.Since most of the insulation joints in the rear of turnouts are placed in curved tracks,they are prone to insulation failure due to long-time abrasion on one side of the rails as heavy-haul trains pass the curved sections.The resulting red-light straps of the track circuits have directly affected transport effi ciency of this line.Based on the features of the arrangements of such insulation joints,the paper analyzes the causes of red-light straps in the curved sections with abraded rails and proposes protective measures,so as to reduce short-circuit failures and improve transport effi ciency.
