某双流道增压发动机涡前横向温度场研究

摘要 随着国家对油耗和排放的限制要求越来越严,汽油发动机小型化发展的趋势越为明显,发动机小型化后对低速性能和瞬态性能要求更为苛刻,通过增压器在发动机上的应用,可以明显地改善发动机低速性能,同时改善发动机瞬态性能。发动机缩排量及增压技术的应用,使发动机排气侧受到的热辐射显著增大,零部件过热问题严重。为了保护零部件以及增压器本身,进行标定时需要严格按照温度限值进行控制,因此研究涡前温度场,找到最高温度点至关重要。 As countries release more and more strict restrictions on fuel consumption and emissions, the development trend of miniaturization of the gasoline engine is obvious. By this, the low-end performance and transient performance requirements are more stringent, through the application of the turbocharger on the engine, we can significantly improve the engine low performance at the same time improve engine transient performance. With the application of engine volume reduction and turbocharger technology, the heat radiation on the exhaust side of the engine increases significantly, and the overheating problem of components is serious. In order to protect the parts and the turbocharger itself, it is necessary to strictly control the calibration in accordance with the temperature limit. Therefore, it is very important to study the pre-vortex temperature field and find the highest temperature point.
