摘要 如今,企业的快速扩张方式多种多样,其中很重要的一种便是并购,并购可以加快产业结构的优化调整,加速资本要素在市场中的流通。影响并购行为从而影响到并购绩效的因素多不胜数,前人对这方面的研究也不占少数。有趣的是,有人发现心理学上的一个指标——管理者过度自信也对企业并购行为有着或多或少的影响,但是结论还不是很明朗。正因如此,探究管理者过度自信与并购绩效之间的关系是文章的研究重点。 Nowadays, there are various ways of rapid expansion of enterprises.One of the important ones is mergers and acquisitions.M & A can speed up the optimization of industrial structure and accelerate the circulation of capital elements in the market.There are many factors influencing merger and acquisition behavior that affect the performance of mergers and acquisitions.Previous research on this aspect has not been a minority, and scholars who study equity structure and ownership concentration have also come to the corresponding conclusions.Interestingly, it has been found that an over-confidence of an indicator in psychology seems to have more or less influence on corporate mergers and acquisitions, but the conclusion is not yet clear.It is precisely because of this that the relationship between research managers’ overconfidence and M&A performance has become the focus of our research.
