摘要
从分析地下洞挖工程超挖超填原因入手,剖析超挖超填计量常见争议,分别从实施阶段责任认定和招投标阶段合同条款约定两个方面提出超挖超填问题的处理和预防措施。最后,提出超挖和超填工程量和单价的确定方法,旨在为其他类似项目避免或解决超挖超填结算问题提供参考借鉴。
This paper analyzes the causes of over-excavation and over-filling in underground tunnel excavation engineering,and the common disputes in the measurement of over excavation and over filling,and puts forward the treatment and prevention measures of over excavation and over filling from two aspects of both responsibility identification in implementation stage and contract provisions in bidding stage.Finally,puts forward the method to determine the quantity and unit price of over excavation and over filling,providing reference for other similar projects to avoid or solve the settlement problems of over excavation and over filling.
