摘要
水平定向钻穿越段作业质量是油气长输管道工程施工质量控制的关键点之一,定向钻回拖时若造成管道3PE防腐层损坏将难以修复。介绍了定向钻穿越管道玻璃钢防护层一次成型技术原理、材料选用、施工工艺、质量检查以及该技术在工程实例中的应用效果等。实践证明,玻璃钢防护层的外观、厚度、硬度、黏结强度等指标均符合SY/T 7368穿越管道防腐层技术规范要求,且施工质量稳定可靠。同时,玻璃钢防护层一次成型采用全自动缠绕方式进行预制,单管预制时间大大缩短。
Pipeline crossing section quality control of horizontal directional drilling(HDD)is one of the key points of long-distance pipeline construction quality control.Once the 3PE anticorrosive coating of the pipeline is damaged when the pipeline section is pulled back,it can hardly be repaired.This paper introduces the technical principle,material selection,construction technology and quality inspection of the one-time forming technology of pipeline FRP protective layer for HDD construction and its application effect in practical projects.According to the practice,the appearance,thickness,hardness and bonding strength of FRP protective layer meet the requirements of SY/T 7368 Specification of external coating for crossing pipeline,and the construction quality is stable and reliable.At the same time,the FRP protective layer is prefabricated by fully-automatic winding,and the prefabrication time of single pipe is greatly shortened.
