摘要
该文阐述了飞机主起落架收放作动筒的功能,通过产品的受力分析确定主起收放作动筒的主要承力件,及其最严酷受力环境;针对主要承力件开展了基于有限元法的分析工作,并对应力危险界面进行了结构优化,得到强度、刚度都满足要求的起落架模型。本文探索了基于有限元法的结构分析与优化技术,形成一套相对完整的飞机起落架结构分析和优化流程,为起落架分析与优化理论提供一定的参考意义。
This paper describes the function of retractable actuating cylinder of aircraft main landing gear.The main load-bearing parts of retractable actuating cylinder of main landing gear and its most severe environment are determined by force analysis of the product The finite element method is used to analyze the main load-bearing parts,and the critical stress interface is optimized to obtain the landing gear model whose strength and stiffness meet the requirements.This paper explores the structure analysis and optimization technology based on the finite element method,and forms a relatively complete set of aircraft landing gear structure analysis and optimization process,which provides a certain reference for the landing gear analysis and optimization theory.
