摘要
人脸识别技术的广泛应用给社会生产生活带来利好的同时,也对个人信息保护带来了挑战。面部信息是重要的生物识别信息,所攸关之人格利益甚巨。在人脸识别技术场景下,传统的个人信息保护方法存在种种不适应性,故有必要探索新的保护路径。通过设计保护个人信息是适应时代发展需求的新模式,具有诸多优势。通过将需遵循的法律需求和待满足的系统目的嵌入系统之中、设定默认保护、进行风险评估等手段,设计保护模式,可有效化解人脸识别技术带来的个人信息危机。
The extensive application of face recognition technology not only brings benefits to social production and life,but also challenges the protection of personal information.Facial information is important biometric information,which has great personal interests.In the context of face recognition technology,the traditional personal information protection methods are no longer appropriate,so it is necessary to explore a new protection path.Protecting personal information through design is a new mode to meet the development requirments of the times,which has many advantages.By embedding the legal requirements to be followed and the system objectives to be met into the system,setting default protection,performing risk assessment and other means,the design of protection mode should be able to effectively resolve the personal information crisis brought about by human identification technology.
