摘要
民居是历史更替与日常生活的见证者,承载着各种独特的历史文化遗迹,具有不可替代的文化历史价值。然而,随着时代发展,全球化、城市化的热潮不断涌进,民居保护现状不容乐观,更多只流于表面和形式。本文通过对民居的概念与价值的解读,以及近年来大量民居保护与再利用文献的整理与分析,对比国内外相关研究,发现国内现状与研究存在的不足与空白,以期为国内相关问题的研究与问题的解决提供参考。
As the witness of the replacement of history and daily life,the residence bears various unique historical and cultural relics.Meanwhile,it has irreplaceable cultural and historical value.However,with the development of the times,the upsurge of globalization and urbanization continues to pour in,the current situation of residential protection is not optimistic,more superficial.Through the interpretation of the concept and value of dwellings,as well as the collation and analysis of a large number of literatures on the protection and reuse of dwellings in recent years.This paper compares the relevant researches at home and abroad.Then,it finds out the deficiencies and gaps in the current research in China.
