摘要
目的分析并找出洁净区悬浮粒子异常的影响因素,进行控制,保证生产环境。方法使用鱼骨图对各方面的因素进行分析,总结悬浮粒子的产生原因并逐项控制。结果通过对各因素的总结汇总,严加控制各个环节,以期达到预定的效果。结论悬浮粒子受诸多因素影响,应做好相应的防护措施,保证洁净级别运行的稳定性。
Objective To analyze and find the influencing factors of the abnormal airborne particles in the clean zone,take control,to insure the production environment.Methods Use the fishbone diagram to analyze all aspects,summarized the causes of the airborne particles and control.Results Through the summary of each factor,keeping control strictly in all links,to achieve the desired affection.Conclusion Airborne particles are affected by many factors,so it′s necessary to achieve corresponding protective measures,to ensure the stability of the clean zone.
