摘要
住院医师规范化培训期间人文素质的培养直接关系着医学模式能否成功转型,目前国内住院医师人文教育受重视程度普遍不够,且与临床实践的结合并不密切,住院医师的人文素质总体不容乐观。叙事医学是具备较强叙事能力的医生所实践的医学,根据叙事医学的定义及实现要素,结合神经内科的学科特色和疾病特点,探讨叙事医学对神经内科住院医师人文素质培养的意义和重要性,在最大限度地提高住院医师医疗技术水平的同时,培养出高综合素质的医疗工作者。使之在预防和治疗患者躯体疾病的同时,并致力于满足患者心理上的平衡,引导医疗体系向更加和谐的方向健康发展。
The cultivation of humanistic quality during the residents standardized training is directly related to the successful transformation of medical model.It’s not enough to focus on the humanities education of residents in China,especially in clinical practice.The humanistic quality of residents is not optimistic.Narrative medicine is a kind of medicine practiced by doctors with strong narrative ability,According to the definition and implementation elements of narrative medicine,combined with the discipline characteristics and disease characteristics of Neurology,this paper discusses the significance and importance of narrative medicine for the cultivation of humanistic quality of residents neurologist.It’s important to train resident neurologist with high comprehensive quality at the same time of improving the medical technology level to the greatest extent,so that they could not only prevent and treat patients’physical diseases,but also devote themselves to meeting patients’psychological balance,and guide the medical system to a more harmonious and healthy development.
