摘要
目的评价在急诊消化内镜中实施护理干预临床价值。方法方便选择该院2018年7月-2019年11月期间102例需经急诊消化内镜诊疗患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组(51例,实施常规护理)、研究组(51例,实施系统化护理干预),比较组间护理效果。结果研究组VAS评分、SDS及SAS评分较常规组低,GCQ评分较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率、护理满意度分别为3.92%、96.08%,均优于常规组15.69%、84.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.991、3.991,P<0.05)。结论在急诊消化内镜诊疗中实施系统化护理干预,可降低其诊疗疼痛感受及相关不良反应,同时可改善患者情绪状态、提升诊疗舒适度及护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of nursing intervention in emergency digestive endoscopy.Methods From July 2018 to November 2019 in the hospital,102 patients who needed emergency digestive endoscopy were conveniently selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into conventional group(51 cases,routine nursing)and study group by random number table method(51 cases,implement systematic nursing intervention),compare the nursing effects between groups.Results The VAS score,SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the GCQ score was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the study group were 3.92%and 96.08%,better than the conventioncl group by 15.69%,84.31%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.991,3.991,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic nursing intervention in emergency digestive endoscopy can reduce the pain and related adverse reactions in diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,it can improve the emotional state of patients,improve the comfort of diagnosis and treatment and nursing satisfaction.
