摘要
目的分析和研究窄直径种植体用于上颌中切牙牙列缺损种植修复的效果。方法研究对象为2018年10月—2019年10月于该院接受治疗的60例上颌中切牙牙列缺损患者,对全部上颌中切牙牙列缺损患者进行窄直径种植体种植修复,对全部患者手术前、手术后及修复前、修复后CPB(邻接点CP和牙槽嵴顶BC之间的距离)值进行比较。结果经过3个月的恢复期后,全部患者中58例患者种植牙稳定,种植牙成功率为96.67%。2例患者出现稍微的松动。对全部患者进行为期半年的随访,通过随访结果可知患者种植牙均未发生松动、脱落及炎症的变化。手术后与修复前CPB平均值变化范围在-0.15~0.67 cm,平均值为(0.24±0.15)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=2.154,P<0.05)。结论窄直径种植体用于上颌中切牙牙列缺损种植修复的效果确切,能够有效满足患者需求,并且因为对于原有牙槽骨的应用,所以并发症发生率较低,值得临床采纳。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of narrow-diameter implants for restoration of maxillary central incisor dentition defect.Methods The subjects of the study were 60 patients with maxillary central incisor dentition defect who were treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.All patients with maxillary central incisor dentition defect were repaired with narrow-diameter implants.All patients were treated before,after and after surgery,the CPB(the distance between the adjacent point CP and the alveolar crest BC)value before and after the restoration were compared.Results After a three-month recovery period,58 of the patients had stable dental implants,and the success rate of dental implants was 96.67%.Two patients showed slight loosening.All patients were followed up for half a year,and the results of the follow-up showed that none of the patients'implants had loosening,shedding,or inflammation.The average range of CPB after surgery and before repair was-0.15-0.67 cm,and the average was(0.24±0.15)cm,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.154,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of narrow-diameter implants in the restoration of maxillary central incisor dentition defect is definite,which can effectively meet the needs of patients.Because of the application of the original alveolar bone,the complication rate is low and it is worthy of clinical adoption.
