摘要
在广州市轨道交通21号线、广佛线等车站装修工程施工中,为提高工期及环保节能效益,采用墙面板、吊顶单元化,商铺、票亭集成化以实现快速装配施工。同时,融合采用数字技术、装配式装修新技术和先进的精益建造项目管理方法,解决因站点多、范围广、作业单位多等需高效协同问题,形成集数字化设计、制造、装配及管理于一体的数字化装配式装修施工新方法,实现城市轨道交通站装修方式的转型升级。
In the construction of station decoration projects such as Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 21 and Guangfo Line,in order to improve the construction period and environmental protection and energy saving benefits.Adopt wall panels and ceiling unitization,and integration of shops and ticket booths to achieve rapid assembly construction.At the same time,the digital technology,new assembly-style decoration technology and advanced lean construction project management methods are used to solve the problem of high-efficiency collaboration due to multiple sites,wide ranges,and multiple operating units,a new method of digital assembly-style decoration and construction with digital design,manufacturing,assembly and management has been formed,and the transformation and upgrading of the decoration method of urban rail transit stations has been realized.
