摘要
目的:观察叙事护理对癌症患者志气缺失综合征及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年5-10月我院肿瘤内科收治的90例癌症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用叙事护理。采用志气缺失量表、癌症患者生活质量量表及住院患者护理满意度调查问卷评价干预效果。结果:干预2个月后观察组志气缺失综合征评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组患者对护理的满意度为95.56%,明显优于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。结论:将叙事护理应用于癌症患者的临床护理中,可以改善癌症患者的志气缺失综合征,提高患者的生活质量及满意度。
Objective:To explore the effects of narrative nursing on demoralization syndrome and quality of life in cancer patients.Methods:Ninety patients with cancer treated in our hospital’s oncology department from May 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research participants.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with narrative nursing based on routine nursing.The intervention effect was evaluated by the Demoralization Scale,EORTC QLQ-C30 and nursing satisfaction questionnaire for inpatients.Results:After 2 months of intervention,the scores of the Demoralization Scale in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the quality of life in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).Patient satisfaction in observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly better than 82.22%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying narrative nursing to the clinical care of cancer patients can reduce the demoralization syndrome of cancer patients and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
