摘要
全国首届名中医王永钧教授从事中西医肾病临床近60年,对肾脏疾病尤其是IgA肾病形成了自己独特的理论体系。创新提出“风湿扰肾”学说和“虚、瘀、风湿”理论。文章具体从识病、辨证、治病三方面整理其论治IgA肾病的学术思想内容,并总结其学术思想特点,以指导临床应用及后续研究。
Professor WANG Yong-jun is the first national famous Chinese medicine practitioner. He has been engaged in the clinical practice of kidney diseases about traditional Chinese and Western medicine for nearly 60 years. He has formed his own unique theoretical system for kidney diseases, especially IgA nephropathy. He has proposed the theory of ’wind-damp causes kidney disease’ and the theory of ’virtual, phlegm and wind-damp’. This paper organized his academic thoughts on IgA nephropathy from three aspects: disease recognition, syndrome differentiation and disease treatment, besides summarized the characteristics of his academic thoughts to guide follow-up studies.
