摘要
医学气功是中国传统文化的精粹,同时也是中医学重要组成部分,从预防、治疗到保健对人类健康事业的发展做出重大贡献。现阶段医学气功的发展在国家卫生健康相关政策方针的引导下,迎来了又一个高潮期,但依然存在功法典籍繁多重复、缺乏规范、辨证理论体系不明、专业人才不足、疗效机制不清等相关问题。文章通过回顾医学气功发展历史,总结分析医学气功发展现状,对医学气功进行了深入了解,并在此基础上,结合王庆国教授的启发,对医学气功的发展提出针对性看法,并从认知角度谈谈对医学气功的相关认识,以期对后学者有所启发。
Medical qigong is the essence of Chinese traditional culture and an important part of Chinese medicine. Its development has been more than two thousand years since the Han dynasty. From prevention and treatment to health care, it has made significant contributions to the development of human health. At the present stage, the development of medical qigong has ushered in another climax period under the guidance of national health and health related policies and guidelines. However, there are still many problems such as repeated repetition of the classics, lack of standardization, unclear theoretical system of syndrome differentiation, insufficient professional talents, and unclear efficacy mechanisms. By reviewing the history of medical qigong development, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current status of medical qigong development, and has a deep understanding of medical qigong. On the basis of this, combined with the instructor WANG Qing-guo’s inspiration, this paper puts forward a pertinent view on the development of medical qigong. Cognitive perspective on the related understanding of medical qigong, in order to inspire the post-scholar.
