摘要
文章针对泉州闽光转炉一次除尘系统除尘效果不佳的问题进行了诊断,使用排查管道系统、分析烟气产生原理、复核运行数据等手段,找出问题原因并提出改进方案。经过实施改进方案,解决了除尘系统效果不佳的问题,烟尘排放满足国家标准。
This paper makes a systematic diagnosis of the problems such as poor collecting effect of flue gas in the converter dedusting system of quanzhou min guang converter,and finds out the causes of the problems and puts forward the improvement measures by means of checking the pipe network of the system,analyzing the principle of gas generation,and calculating the flue gas amount.through the implementation of improved measures,to solve the poor collecting effect of flue gas in the converter dedusting system,the emission of gas conforms to the national standards.
