摘要
目的:观察升阳活血汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)患者的效果。方法:选取72例PCIV患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合升阳活血汤治疗。比较两组中医证候积分,血清一氧化氮(NO)水平、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平、临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组头身困重、目眩、头晕积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清NO水平高于对照组,ET-1水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:升阳活血汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗PCIV患者可提高治疗总有效率和血清NO水平,降低中医证候积分和血清ET-1水平,优于单纯盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗效果。
Objective:To observe effects of Shengyang Huoxue decoction combined with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV).Methods:72 patients with PCIV were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,36 cases in each.The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally,while the observation group was treated with Shengyang Huoxue decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,the serum nitric oxide(NO)level,the endothelin-1(ET-1)level,curative effects and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of head and body heaviness,dizziness and vertigo in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum NO level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the ET-1 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 80.56%in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shengyang Huoxue decoction combined with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of the PCIV patients can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the serum NO levels and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the serum ET-1 levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.
