摘要
在国家启动职业教育“1+X”证书制度试点工作背景下,运用现场访谈、问卷调查和文献资料等研究方法,选取湖南省高等职业教育5个与移动互联网相近的一流特色专业群,对Web前端开发“1+X”职业技能复合型技术技能人才的社会需求和培养状况展开调查研究。研究结果显示:社会对软件测试、移动端网站开发、UI设计等类型高职复合型技术技能人才需求旺盛。基于调研结果,提出了培养移动互联网专业“1+X”职业技能人才的相应对策。
Under the background of starting of the pilot work of"1+X"certificate system in vocational education,this paper uses on-site interview,questionnaire investigation and literature research methods to do the research.It selects five top-ranking characteristic specialty groups which are similar to the mobile Internet specialty and studies the social demand and training situation of Web front end development"1+X"inter-disciplinary talents.The research results show that the society has a strong demand for technical talents with complex skills in higher vocational colleges,such as software testing,mobile terminal website development and UI design.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to cultivate the"1+X"professional skills of mobile Internet majors.
