调变载体表面性质设计制备高加氢脱硫选择性的CoMoAl_(2)O_(3)催化剂 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究调变载体表面性质对钴钼催化剂加氢脱硫选择性的影响,分别以3种不同氧化铝为载体制备了相应的催化剂。钼平衡吸附试验、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、N 2吸附-脱附、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和透射电子显微镜等表征结果发现,3种氧化铝载体的比表面积、孔体积以及孔径分布具有较大差异,这主要是由其微观晶粒的大小、晶粒的形状以及晶粒之间堆积方式的不同所导致。不同氧化铝表面性质的差异可以通过钼平衡吸附量来进行对比。采用钼平衡吸附量较低的氧化铝为载体制备的钴钼催化剂因其金属-载体相互作用较弱,更有利于促进金属物种的硫化,从而形成更多尺寸较大的Co-Mo-S活性相片晶,因此表现出更高的加氢脱硫选择性。 To study the effect of alumina surface properties on hydrodesulfurization selectivity of CoMo Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts,three alumina supports,Al_(2)O_(3)-1,Al_(2)O_(3)-2 and Al_(2)O_(3)-3,were used to prepare corresponding catalysts,respectively.The catalyst samples were characterized by Mo equilibrium adsorption test,XRD,SEM,N 2 adsorption-desorption,IR,XPS and TEM techniques.The characterization results indicated the large difference in surface area,pore volume and pore size distribution of the supports,which could be attributed to the difference in crystallite size,crystallite shape and crystallite stacking mode of alumina.The difference of alumina surface properties could be evaluated by Mo equilibrium adsorption capacity.The CoMo Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst prepared by using alumina support with lower Mo equilibrium adsorption capacity exhibited better HDS selectivity than others due to its weaker metal-support interaction,which promoted higher degree of Mo sulfidation and formed more Co-Mo-S active phase with longer slab length.
