甲醇作柴油机替代燃料的研究现状与展望 被引量:14

摘要 为解决我国交通运输业快速发展带来的能源危机和环境污染等问题,发展甲醇作为柴油机替代燃料吸引了广泛关注。介绍了甲醇燃料的特点和实际应用问题,综述了双燃料直喷技术、柴油甲醇组合燃烧、火花塞或电热塞助燃式直喷甲醇发动机等多种柴油机燃用甲醇技术,分析了各技术的优缺点并提出了未来研究方向。结果表明,甲醇作柴油机替代燃料能改善发动机动力性、经济性和常规污染物排放,但冷启动或低负荷工况下存在燃烧质量差、非常规排放高等问题。 In order to solve the energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by the rapid development of Chinese transportation industry,methanol has been developed as an alternative fuel for diesel engines and attracted widespread attention.The characteristics and application issues of methanol fuel are introduced,and a variety of diesel technologies such as dual fuel direct injection technology,diesel-methanol combined combustion and direct injection methanol engines using spark plugs or glow plugs.The advantages and disadvantages of each technology are analyzed and the future research directions are proposed.The results show that methanol as an alternative fuel for diesel engines can improve engine power,fuel economy,and reduce conventional pollutant emissions,but there are problems such as bad combustion quality and high unconventional emissions under cold start or low load conditions.
