摘要
目的探讨情景病例导入法在血液内科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9—12月在该院血液内科临床见习生共60名,采用随机数字表法进行分组,各30名,对照组施以常规血液内科临床见习教学方式,试验组施以情景病例导入方式,对见习生的沟通技能评分、临床能力评分、观察能力评分、见习末理论成绩、实践技能成绩、总成绩教学及满意度进行观察。结果试验组见习生的沟通技能评分、临床能力评分、观察能力评分、见习末理论成绩、实践技能成绩、总成绩、教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景病例导入法在血液内科临床见习教学中的应用具有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of situational case introduction method in clinical probation teaching of hematology department.Methods A total of 60 trainees were selected for clinical probation in the Department of Hematology in the hospital from September to December 2019.The random number table method was used to group 30 students in each group.The control group was given routine clinical probation teaching in the Department of Hematology,the experimental group implemented the situational case introduction method to observe the interns’communication skills scores,clinical ability scores,observation ability scores,theoretical and practical skills scores at the end of the probation,and overall teaching satisfaction.Results The scores of communication skills,clinical ability scores,observation ability scores,theoretical scores and practical skills scores at the end of the probation,total scores,and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group trainees were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational case introduction method has a good effect in the application of clinical probation teaching in the department of hematology.
