摘要
本研究针对驱油用聚丙烯酰胺在高温油藏易产生热氧降解,黏度下降的技术难题,研发一种由工业级CH4N2S和Vc按照4:1的质量比混配而成的新型添加剂ZJ-WDJ。聚合物ZJ-WP与研发新型添加剂ZJ-WDJ按照19:1质量比充分混配,在80℃、90℃、100℃老化180 d黏度保留率均大于90%;8种不同聚合物加入新型添加剂ZJ-WDJ,95℃老化180 d黏度保留率均大于80%。说明新型添加剂ZJ-WDJ在高温条件下,能有效阻止自由基攻击HPAM分子主链,抑制自由基降解,具有好的提高聚合物长期热稳定性效果。
This research,aiming at the technical problems that polyacrylamide used for flooding is prone to thermal oxidative degradation and viscosity reduction in high-temperature reservoirs,develops a new additive ZJ-WDJ by mixing industrial grade CH4N2S and Vc in a 4:1 weight ratio.The polymer ZJ-WP is fully mixed with the developed new additive ZJ-WDJ at the ratio of 19:1 parts by weight,and the viscosity retention rate of 180 d aging at temperatures of 80℃,90℃and 100℃is all greater than 90%.8 different polymers are added into the new additive ZJ-WDJ,and the viscosity retention rate of 180 d aging at 95℃is greater than 80%.It shows that the new additive ZJ-WDJ can effectively prevent free radicals from attacking the HPAM molecular backbone and inhibit free radical degradation under high temperature conditions,and it has a good effect of improving the long-term thermal stability of polymers.
