摘要
我国精神科专业人才匮乏,规范化培训起步晚。通过为期3年的住院医师规范化培训,可使精神科医师掌握足够的理论知识和临床技能,具备良好的职业态度,且能够独立承担精神科临床工作,胜任新形势下医学服务模式,满足高素质专业人才需求。目前各地医学教育基础不同,探索成熟度亦不同,无法达到同质化的培养目标,这与医学教育发达的欧美国家相比,更是存在一定的差距。介绍了作为第二批国家住院医师规范化培训基地和西部地区精神科人才培养的主要机构之一的内蒙古自治区精神卫生中心,通过借鉴西方成熟的住院医师规范化培训体系,结合我国现阶段精神科专业培训及考核模式,从培养模式、过程管理、教学方法、考核管理、人文素养、考核评价体系建设等方面,不断探索符合实际的以胜任力为导向的实用型、复合型精神医学专业人才的培养模式,进而为满足精神卫生服务需求提供人才保障的成功实践,对精神科住院医师规范化培训工作提供借鉴。
There is a shortage of psychiatric professionals in China, and standardized residency training started late here. After threeyears of standardized training, psychiatrists can obtain enough book knowledge and clinical skills, show enough professionalism, become capable of psychiatric clinical work and be competent for the new medical service mode. The current medical education in different regions of China varies in terms of teaching facilities and abilities to engage in research, which cannot help achieve the goal of homogenization. There is much discrepancy compared with developed countries. By learning from full-fledged standardized residency training systems in other countries and based on the current approaches to psychiatric professional training and examination in China, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Mental Health Center, as one of the second batch of national standardized residency training bases, and also one of the main institutions for psychiatric personnel training in the west of China, has been working hard to establish a practical and competency-oriented psychiatric professional training model that involves ways of training, process management, teaching methods, assessment management, humanistic literacy, and construction of evaluation systems in order to to meet the needs of mental health services.
