摘要
目的探究在精神科临床实践教学中应用典型案例教学法的临床价值。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在该院实习的临床实习生40名,按照随机分组原则分为观察组(实施典型案例教学法)和对照组(单纯运用常规基础教学法)各20名。对比两组临床综合能力和教学满意度情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床程序应用、专业学习能力、工作态度及操作技能各方面的临床综合能力评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组教学满意度(95%)高于对照组(60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科临床实践教学中应用典型案例教学法,有利于提升临床实习生的临床综合能力,促进临床实习生更加熟练地应用各项临床技能,同时能够提高实习生对教学工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical value of applying typical case teaching method in psychiatric clinical practice teaching.Methods Select 40 clinical interns who practiced in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into observation group(implementing typical case teaching method)and control group(using conventional basic teaching method only).20 cases in each group.Compare the clinical comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores of clinical program application,professional learning ability,work attitude and operation skills in all aspects of clinical comprehensive ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group(95%)had higher teaching satisfaction than the control group(60%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of typical case teaching method in psychiatric clinical practice teaching is beneficial to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of clinical interns,promote clinical interns to apply various clinical skills more proficiently,and at the same time improve interns’satisfaction with teaching work.
