摘要
针对易切削不锈钢303Cu线材轧制过程中出现重皮缺陷的问题,通过对缺陷形貌及MnS的特性分析,并结合铸坯在不同加热温度的试验研究,表明铸坯中的MnS形态随加热温度的升高由原来较尖锐的长条层片状转变为链状甚至纺锤形,可以有效地防止轧制时受到应力后沿MnS与基体交界处开裂而造成表面重皮缺陷的产生。为此,提出303Cu线材铸坯加热温度应不小于1270℃的措施并应用于实际生产,完全解决了重皮缺陷问题。
For free cutting stainless steel 303 Cu wire double skin defects during rolling,through analyzing the defects in morphology and characteristics of MnS,combined with the different heating temperature of billet in the test and research,the results show that MnS form in the slab with the heating temperature increasing change from the sharp strip layer into chain even spindle,which can effectively prevent cracking along the border MnS and matrix surface by stress during rolling to caused the double skin defects.Therefore,the improvement measure of billet heating temperature not less than 1270℃was put forward,and applied to practical production,the double skin defects was completely resolved.
