运梁车荷载下132m钢桁梁桥受力分析及监控

摘要 运梁车载预制箱梁通过钢桁梁时,为确保钢桁梁桥安全可靠,需要对其进行监测监控。本文以跨西宝客专特大桥132 m钢桁梁为例,在钢桁梁桥梁体布设应力及挠度监测点,通过建立有限元计算模型对各测点处的理论值与实测值进行对比,进而对梁体受力状态做出实时预警。结果表明:各测点处实测值均小于理论值,运梁车载32 m梁通过钢桁梁时,梁体结构安全可靠。本文采用的监测监控方法可为类似工程提供参考。 It is necessary to monitor and control the erected steel truss when the beam carrier loaded with prefabricated box girder is passing,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the steel truss bridge.In this article,taking the 132 m steel truss of Xibao passenger dedicated bridge as the engineering background,deflection monitoring points are set on the left and right sides of the beam body span,the finite element calculation model is established to compare the theoretical value and the measured value of each measuring point,and the real-time warning of the stress state of the beam body is carried out.The results show that:The change trend of the measured value at each measuring point is consistent with the theoretical value and within the controlled range.The steel truss structure is safe and reliable when the 32 m beam of the beam transport vehicle passes through.The monitoring method used in this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
