摘要
通过工业机器人CO_(2)气体保护焊在塔式起重机中角焊缝的焊接工艺的研究,分析不同焊接工艺参数下,对焊接结果的影响,发现焊缝中存在气孔、裂纹、飞溅等缺陷。根据文献查阅和相关试验,提出了相应的解决措施,并最终制定了合理的、能够指导生产的焊接工艺参数,参数结果可为生产提供指导性依据。
Through the research of welding process of fillet weld in tower crane by industrial robot CO_(2) gas shielded welding,the influence of different welding process parameters on welding results is analyzed,and it is found that there are holes,cracks,splashes and other defects in the welding seam.According to the literature review and related tests,the corresponding solutions are put forward,and the reasonable welding process parameters that can guide the production are finally established.The parameter results can provide a guiding basis for the production.
