摘要
随着行业监管部门的调整,融资租赁行业过去粗放式发展模式正在逐步规范,以往占比较高的传统基建领域的融资租赁面临增长瓶颈;积极创新业务模式、探索新的业务增长点成为融资租赁企业,尤其是地方金融控股公司融资租赁业务的重要战略任务。文章在地方金融控股公司融资租赁业务发展面临的制约因素分析的基础上,提出了地方金融控股公司融资租赁业务创新发展的产融结合、联合跟租、投租联动、租赁+保理+资管一体化、境内境外联动及绿色金融租赁等六大业务模式,并提出了地方金融控股公司融资租赁业务模式创新的四个方面的建议。
With the adjustment of industry regulatory authorities,the past rough development model of the financial leasing industry is gradually being regulated.Financial leasing in the traditional infrastructure field,which used to be a relatively high proportion of the past,is facing a growth bottleneck;actively innovating business models and exploring new business growth points to become a fi nancial leasing company,Especially the important strategic task of the fi nancial leasing business of local fi nancial holding companies.Based on the analysis of the constraints facing the development of the financial leasing business of local financial holding companies,this article puts forward six innovative development business models,such as the integration of industry and finance,joint leasing,investment and leasing linkage,leasing+factoring+asset management integration,Domestic and overseas linkages and green financial leasing,and gave four suggestions on the innovation of fi nancial leasing business models of local fi nancial holding companies.
