摘要
目的:探究新冠疫情背景下医院检验科安全理念管理及体系建立的效果。方法:2019年6-12月检验科开展常规安全管理工作(对照组);2020年1-6月基于新冠疫情背景下开展安全理念管理及体系建立(观察组)。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组安全管理不良事件发生例数少于对照组,但两组安全管理不良事件发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在新冠疫情背景下医院检验科安全理念管理及体系的建立,可提升管控效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of safety concept management and system establishment of clinical laboratory under the background of new epidemic situation.Methods:From June to December 2019,conventional safety management was carried out in the laboratory(control group).From January to June 2020,safety concept management and system establishment will be carried out based on the background of the epidemic situation of the new crown(observation group).Comparison of two groups of management effect.Results:The incidence of safety management adverse events in the observation group was higher than the control group,but the incidence of safety management adverse events in the two groups was compared,with the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of safety concept management and system in hospital clinical laboratory can improve the control effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
