摘要
针对摇摆活塞式无油空气压缩机泵头及主轴承均需进行有效散热之需求,设计了一种能同时兼有轴流风扇功能与径流风扇功能的一体结构复合式冷却风扇,该风扇配置有轴流单元构造与径流单元构造,可根据压缩机的不同散热任务产生并分流出两股冷却风流量,其中一股冷却风被导向压缩机气缸体及气缸盖并对它们实施散热,另一股冷却风则指向压缩机主轴承座和连杆大头轴承而对其进行降温。经实际产品运行证实,复合式冷却风扇能满足压缩机不同目标区域的冷却要求,可使气缸处的温度不超过100℃、气缸端盖处的温度不超过130℃、主轴承座及连杆大头轴承处的温度不高于75℃,籍此有效保障了压缩机的工作可靠性。
Aiming at the requirement of effective heat dissipation for the pump head and main bearing of the swing piston oil-free air compressor,a composite cooling fan with an integrated structure that can have both the function of an axial flow fan and a radial flow fan is designed.The fan can generate and separate two cooling air flows at the same time according to the different heat dissipation tasks of the compressor,one of which is directed to dissipate the heat of the compressor cylinder and cylinder head,while the other is directed to cool down the main bearing of the compressor seat and the bearing at the big end of the connecting rod.The actual product operation confirmes that the composite cooling fan can meet the cooling requirements of different target areas for oil-free air compressor,so that the temperature of the cylinder does not exceed 100℃,the end cover does not exceed 130℃,and the temperature of the main bearing seat and the bearing at the big end of the connecting rod does not exceed 75℃.This ensures the reliability of the compressor.
