摘要
顺和选煤厂将快开压滤机控制程序从现场控制柜“搬家”到室内上位机,使用西门子WinCC组态软件设计集控系统操作界面,并对PLC控制程序进行优化设计,增加物料运输设备控制和入料液位监控功能,通过工业以太网实现了快开压滤机在上位机上集中控制,改善了压滤机操作环境,避免了岗位司机现场操作时受到快开压滤机的高噪音职业危害。
Shunhe coal preparation plant"moves"the control program of the quick opening filter press from the field control cabinet to the indoor upper computer,designs the operation interface of the centralized control system using Siemens WinCC configuration software,optimizes the PLC control program,increases the control function of the material transportation equipment and the monitoring function of the feeding liquid level,realizes the centralized control of the quick opening filter press on the upper computer through industrial Ethernet,and improves the filter press.The operation environment can avoid the high noise occupational hazards caused by quick opening filter press when the post driver operates on site.
