摘要
目的分析非布司他片联合依托考昔在痛风性关节炎疾病治疗中所取得的效果,分析药物治疗对患者血清炎症因子所产生的影响。方法选择我院在2017年3月至2019年5月诊治的痛风性关节炎患者94例作为研究对象,将患者均分为实验组和对照组各47例,实验组应用非布司他片联合依托考昔进行治疗,对照组仅给予依托考昔药物治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果、血清炎症因子指标和不良反应。结果实验组临床效果好,血清炎症因子水平明显下降,数据对比差异有统计学意义;不良反应数据对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在痛风性关节炎疾病的治疗中,应用非布司他片联合依托考昔可显著缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善血清炎症因子水平,药物安全性好,取得了积极的治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To analyze effect of febuxostat tablets combined with etoposide in treatment of gouty arthritis,and analyzed effect of drug treatment on serum inflammatory factors.Methods We chose 94 cases of gouty arthritis patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to may 2019 as research objects,and divided them into experimental group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with febuxostat tablets combined with etoposide,while control group with etocoxib only.Compared clinical effect,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of two groups.Results Clinical effect of experimental group was better,level of serum inflammatory factors decreased significantly,data comparison was significant;comparison of adverse reactions data was not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion In treatment of gouty arthritis disease,febuxostat tablets combined with etocoxib can relieve pain symptoms,level of serum inflammatory factors,good drug safety of patients significantly,and achieve positive curative effect,which is worthy of application.
