摘要
沉垫式自升平台与普通插桩式平台相比,有着下陷深度浅、不用插拔桩等优势,但随之而来的问题是由于沉垫与海床接触面积过大,在回收沉垫时需要克服的吸附力也明显增加。为此,介绍一种新型的消除沉垫吸附力的设计方案。该新型的沉垫吸附力消除系统减少传统冲桩的布局,减少船员现场操作,且因沉垫和床腿非钢性固定,提出泵布置在沉垫上部,为今后消除沉垫吸附力的设计提供借鉴。
Compared with spudcan platform,the mat-supported platform has the advantages of low depth into mud and no need to plug or pull piles.But there comes the problem that,because of the large contact area between mat and seabed,the adsorption force which the platform need to overcome is increased as well when the mat is recycled.For it,a new design scheme of eliminating mat adsorption force is introduced.The new mat adsorption elimination system reduces the arrangement of traditional leg jetting pipes and reduces on-site operation by crew.Because the mat and legs are not inflexibly fixed,it is presented that the pumps are arranged on the top of the mat.It provides reference for future designs of eliminating mat adsorption force.
