摘要
目的研究临床护理路径在输尿管结石护理中的应用效果。方法根据入院顺序,将我院2018年7月至2019年4月收治的100例输尿管结石患者分成两组,先就诊的50例纳入对照组,实施常规护理,后就诊的50例纳入研究组,应用临床护理路径。对比两组的住院时间、并发症、护理满意度。结果①两组患者通过不同的方式进行护理,结果发现,研究组并发症发生率明显比对照组低,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②数据比较发现,研究组住院时间明显比对照组短,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石护理中,临床护理路径的应用价值高。
Objective To study and observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of ureteral calculus.Methods According to the admission order,100 patients with ureteral calculus admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups.The first 50 patients were enrolled in the control group and received routine care.The second 50 patients were enrolled in the research group.The clinical nursing path was applied to compare the hospitalization time,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results(1)The two groups of patients received nursing care in different ways.the results showed that the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Data comparison shows that the hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway is of high application value in the nursing of ureteral calculi.
