非锁定钢板内固定与锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效对比 被引量:3

Comparison of the Clinical Effects of Non-locking Plate Internal Fixation and Locking Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Calcaneal Comminuted Fractures

摘要 目的研究非锁定钢板与锁定钢板内固定对跟骨粉碎性骨折患者的治疗效果。方法选取该院于2014年3月—2019年2月期间收治的90例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者,随机将患者划分成对照组和研究组,各45例,前者为患者使用非锁定钢板内固定进行治疗,后者为患者使用锁定钢板内固定进行治疗,对两组治疗效果进行研究分析。结果研究组患者治疗有效率(95.56%)、术中出血量(103.60±13.60)mL、手术时间(68.40±6.60)min、骨折愈合时间(72.10±2.50)d、并发症发生率(2.22%),各项数据均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044;t=18.569,P<0.001;t=10.053,P<0.001;t=33.532,P<0.001;χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026)。结论为跟骨粉碎性骨折患者使用非锁定钢板和锁定钢板内固定进行治疗,均具有一定效果,但锁定钢板内固定效果更佳,且并发症更少,利于病情康复。 Objective To study the effect of non-locking plate and locking plate internal fixation on patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with calcaneal comminuted fractures admitted to the hospital from March 2014 to February 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group 45 cases in each group,the former was the treatment of patients with non-locking steel plate internal fixation,and the latter was the treatment of patients with locking steel plate internal fixation.The treatment effects of the two groups were studied and analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.56%),intraoperative blood loss(103.60±13.60)mL,operation time(68.40±6.60)min,fracture healing time(72.10±2.50)d,complication rate(2.22%),the data were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044;t=18.569,P<0.001;t=10.053,P<0.001;t=33.532 P<0.001;χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026).Conclusion The use of non-locking plate and locking plate internal fixation for patients with calcaneal comminuted fractures has a certain effect,but the effect of locking plate internal fixation is better,and there are fewer complications,which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the disease and is worthy of promotion.
