摘要
采用3支荧光染料分别对棉机织物进行印花,对不同质量百分含量下的荧光染料印花织物的最大反射率、亮度因子和其色度坐标进行测试,并对其荧光发射光谱和耐皂洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度进行测试。结果表明,荧光黄染料质量百分含量在0.05%~0.1%范围内时,其印花棉织物既有明显的荧光效果,又有高可视性警示作用;而质量百分含量在0.01%~0.1%范围内的荧光橙染料和质量百分含量在0.01%~0.5%范围内的荧光红染料虽然有明显的荧光效果,达不到国家标准规定的高可视性警示服的要求。其耐皂洗色牢度达到4~5级,耐摩擦色牢度达到3~4级。
Three fluorescent dyes were used to print cotton woven fabrics.The maximum reflectivity,brightness factor and chromaticity coordinate of fluorescent dye printed fabrics with different mass percentage content were tested,and the fluorescence emission spectrum,soap washing color fastness and friction color fastness were tested as well.The results show that the printed cotton fabric has both obvious fluorescence effect and high visibility warning effect when the mass content of fluorescent yellow dye is within 0.05%~0.1%,while the fluorescent orange dye and the fluorescent red dye in 0.01%~0.5%range have obvious fluorescence effect,which can not meet the requirements of high visibility warning suit stipulated by national standard.The color fastness to soap washing is 4~5 degree,and the color fastness to friction is 3~4 degree.
